Our trip to Moon Palace, December 3 - 10 - 2008 was just wonderful, a lot of Spa pampering, excursions, shows to see or just to relax by the beautiful pools. The rooms are large and well kept with a double Jacuzzi tub to relax in before settling in for a restful night. The room bar and refrigerator were always stocked with our favorite choice of drinks. The dining rooms and restaurants had a variety of well prepared foods and the servers were very courteous and efficient. The quoted price includes as costs including tips. Only your personal purchases are extra. We hope to return again with All-Inclusive Cancun Palace Resorts in December.

We vacationed at Moon Palace, Sunrise, Cancun, Mexico in December of 2008. This is a great time of the year to be there, weather is nice and the water is beautiful. We have never been so pampered in all our travels, as we were at this resort. When thanking a waiter for his great service, he always responded by saying "My Pleasure". Customer service and the Wait Staff is far and above expectations. Another excellent dining experience was at Nizuc Palace, where we enjoyed the awesome Mayan coffee. We recommend this resort for its beautiful tropical grounds, its pools with swim-up bars, its large clean rooms with double Jacuzzi, great restaurants and buffets. All-inclusive really means ALL INCLUSIVE at Palace Resorts!!!

Our 2007 vacation booked with All-Inclusive Cancun Palace Resorts, was the most superb vacation we have ever been on. From the moment we were taken by shuttle to MOON PALACE RESORT, we were treated with so much admiration and respect, it was the beginning of an awesome time. Our hotel room was superb, large and accommodating and well equipped with many specialities. The grounds, view, food, pools and ocean were so spectacular. There is so much to do and enjoy. It certainly will be considered as the best vacation we have ever taken. Everything being included, was something we never experienced on a vacation.....Truly remarkable! We are looking forward to our week at AVENTURA SPA PALACE December, 2009.

Awesome, beautiful, relaxing, fun, pampered, exciting, peaceful, luxurious, accommodating, friendly. These are just some of the words to describe Moon Palace and our vacation. We have never been to such a wonderful and beautiful place as this. Everyone needs a trip to Moon Palace once in his or her lifetime to be treated so special. It is the only vacation that neither one of us wanted to leave and return home. Hopefully we can come back to this extraordinary place in the near future.

Gail and Al, When we arrived at Moon Palace our first impression was "wow, we have never been to a resort as beautiful as this." The resort was stunning from the moment we entered the main lobby to the immaculate rooms with an ocean view, the pools, the workout facilities and the restaurants. The service and food was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the food at La Trattoria and Bambu. The nightly entertainment was an added bonus and we enjoyed the variety of shows. The Moon Palace staff was very friendly and accommodating 100% of the time. We would highly recommend The Moon Palace and hope to return again.

Our family had our Reunion at Moon Palace Resort. We especially enjoyed the water sports - kayaking, snorkeling and skidooing, swimming pools and the golfing. It was great having the whole family together in one special place.

My husband and I were able to vacation at the Moon Palace for a family reunion and it was truly a remarkable experience from beginning to end! Everything was incredible including the variety of restaurants and menus to choose from, the service from all the staff we received, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms ( oh, what a jacuzzi each room has!), and the pools. We even got to go horseback riding through the mangrooves and then on the beach AND in the ocean! That was quite a thrill. The massages that we had were also quite a treat and so relaxing. We are looking forward to visiting one of the other Palace locations real soon.
